Search the app store for Global Protect, and install from there. The back-end setup of Global Protect may take several hours to complete once a request has been placed. Please submit a ticket if you wish to explore options other than a mobile phone app. It is possible to use other forms of second factor authentication, like a code or SMS reply, but it becomes unreliable and complicated to configure.
